Twenty Lakes Basin hike : Twenty Lakes Basin, Hoover Wilderness, California.
Saddlebag Lake is just outside Yosemite in the Hoover Wilderness. It is also a backdoor cross-country entrance into the park by way of McCabe Lakes. The region behind and including Saddlebag Lake is known as the Twenty Lakes Basin. The loop can be hiked in either direction but is easier taking first to Hummingbird Lake and coming back over Steelhead lake. The loop is long about five miles. Easy access from Tioga Road (Highway 120) between Ellery Lake and Tioga Resort.

Hike to Trail Camp 06-2004 : Trail Camp (elevation 12,000’ - 3,669.5m) is located about 6.3 miles from the trail head on the Mt. Whitney Main Trail. Best choice for base camp on the way to the summit as it lies just below a long series of switchbacks up a steep face leading to Trail Crest. This camp is heavily used and can be quite crowded. All water must be filtered or treated. Get water from streams entering the lake, not from the lake.
TRAILHEAD: Whitney Portal at 8,365’. Mt. Whitney hiking permits are required for day hikes or camping and are issued via a lottery held in February for trips beginning May 1 to November 1.

KHAN TENGRI EXPEDITION 1991 : Tien Shan, over 1500 miles long, is a beautiful and wild mountain range on the border of the Kyrgyzstan (the former Soviet Republic) and China. This area is home to the two northern most 7000m peaks in the world. Khan Tengri (7013m) and Peak Pobeda (7439m). In summer 1991, Khan Tengri was the target of the Bosnia & Herzegovina Alpin Expedition. Our team, consisted of six climbers went to conquer "Celestial Mountains".

Tien Shan, preko 2400 kilometara dugacak, je predivan i divlji lanac planina na granici Kirgizije i Kine. U toj regiji se nalaze dva najsjevernija vrha na svijet u visini od preko 7000m. Khan Tengri (7013m) i Pik Pobjeda (7439m). U ljeto 1991, Khan Tengri je bio cilj Bosansko Hercegovacke Alpinisticke Ekspedicije. Tim od sest alpinista krenuo je u osvajanje "Nebeskih Planina".

Grossglockner - Austria : The Großglockner (3,798 m, 12,461 ft) is Austria's highest mountain. Located on the border between two Austrian provinces, Carintia and East Tyrol, along the main ridge of the Hohe Tauern. The Austria's biggest glacier, Pasterze Glacier, lies at the foot of Grossglockner, it is 5 miles (8 km) long and 3 miles (5 km) wide. The pyramid-shaped peak consists of two pinnacles, the Großglockner and the Kleinglockner (3,700 m; klein means "small" in German), separated by a saddle-like formation known as the Glocknerscharte.
